CountToGo helps organisers measure conditional demand for events that need a minimum number of people before they can go ahead.

When you say “I’m in if it goes ahead”, you make a conditional commitment. It is not a booking, a ticket or a payment, and CountToGo takes no money.

Reaching the minimum number of seats does not confirm an event. The organiser makes the final decision to Greenlight, postpone or cancel, taking into account things like weather, safety, crew and permits.

Organisers are responsible for:

• accurate event information, prices and conditions;
• safety, legality, permits and insurance;
• running the event as described;
• booking, payment, cancellations and refunds, which happen outside CountToGo.

Please give accurate details, commit only the seats you genuinely intend to take, and keep your private manage link to yourself.

Don’t misuse CountToGo. That includes:

• fake, misleading or unlawful events or commitments;
• spam, harassment or collecting other people’s information;
• trying to break, overload or get around the service’s security.

We may remove content or restrict access if these terms are broken.

CountToGo is free to use while we’re testing it. This may change in future — if we introduce pricing, we’ll tell organisers before it applies.

We work to keep CountToGo running well, but it may change or be unavailable at times. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, CountToGo isn’t responsible for an organiser’s event, decisions, bookings or refunds, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
