How payment works

   Create and share the event

   Set your minimum, share one link and let people say they’re in if it goes ahead.

   Reach your minimum and complete your checks

   Reaching the minimum does not automatically charge you or confirm anything. You still decide.

   Choose Greenlight and pay A$19

   Pay through secure Stripe Checkout. After payment, CountToGo confirms the Greenlight and participants get your normal booking link.

Questions

When am I charged?

Only when you choose to Greenlight a real event. Creating, publishing, sharing and collecting commitments have no CountToGo charge.

What about Test an idea?

There is no CountToGo charge for testing interest. The A$19 charge applies only to a later real event, and only if you Greenlight it.

What if I Postpone or Cancel before Greenlight?

There is no CountToGo charge to Postpone or Cancel.

Does CountToGo take participant payments?

No. After you Greenlight, participants book and pay with your existing booking or payment system.

Is there a subscription?

No. There is no monthly subscription at launch.

What if I pay but Greenlight doesn’t finish?

Your payment is recorded, and you can finish the Greenlight later from your event without paying again.
