A shuttle or transfer only makes sense with enough passengers. CountToGo shows you committed demand before the final go-ahead. It doesn’t handle timetables, ticketing or transport regulations — you keep running those as usual.
How it works

Create and share the public link
Set the date, price and minimum, then share one link on Facebook, WhatsApp or anywhere your people are. Everyone who commits can pass it on with their own share link.

People make conditional commitments
Participants say “I’m in if it goes ahead” — no CountToGo account and no upfront payment in CountToGo. It’s a commitment, not a booking.

You check, then decide
Review your checks and Greenlight only when you’re ready. Participants then use your own booking link to book and pay with you.

What CountToGo does — and doesn’t
- Reaching the minimum doesn’t confirm anything automatically. It tells you the demand is there.
- You keep the final decision. Check weather, crew, venue or anything else, then Greenlight, postpone or cancel.
- It sits before your booking system. Once Greenlit, participants follow your own booking link to book and pay with you.
